What is crowdfunding and how does it work?
Crowdfunding is a form of money raising for a certain project. This usually consists of large numbers of people donating any sum of money in order to contribute; nowadays it is mostly done online via secure transactions. These individuals who help fund the project are called 'Backers'.
Why are we doing this?
As Indiegogo stated: “Project by project, we’re changing the way new ideas come to life.” We want to do the same for small businesses and communities, and give them the support and digital visibility that they deserve. We created this project to bring values to all the foodies and small food business communities.
Will I be getting anything in return?
Yes! In return for backing a project, supporters will get access to some amazing rewards. This can be anything ranging from limited edition designs to member plaques and so on. Think of it as pre-ordering a product!
